Ive only been in the group a short time and already have learned so much and a large part of that is from Anna. I believe to be in a team and be a key person within the team you need to display values such as dedication, commitment, communication, patience, mateship and most importantly humour. Anna has all those qualities plus much more, and this is why she is already someone I look up to aswell as someone I know I can rely on in a time of need. If this field had pre-requisites I believe they would be everything Anna displays, in fact if people didnt model themselves on Anna then they would truly fail!
